Arrests

* Travis W. Shavers, 23, of 721 Forest Ave., was arrested on a Boone County warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault.

* Sammy E. Phillips, 45, of 1106 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Sheritta A. Jones, 36, of 1010 Elm St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault and failure to appear for trespassing.

* Robert D. Weissinger, 29, of 611 Mechaw Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for delivery or concealment of contraband.

* Michael L. Layton, 35, of 115 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.

* Kenneth L. Carter, 35, of 1101 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for domestic assault and fraud insufficient funds.

* Tasheika L. Johnson, 25, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for stealing.

* Dennis K. Thiele, 49, of 423 Estate Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of marijuana.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* A firearm was reported stolen at 132 S. Benton St.

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a fuel line and gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 211 St. Francis Drive.

* A radio was reported stolen at 1751 Bunker Hill Drive.

Property damage

* Enterprise Leasing Co. reported a vehicle window broken in the 200 block of South Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Tampering with a victim was reported.

* Minor in possession by consumption and sexual misconduct were reported.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported in the 900 block of West Adams Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 1400 block of Deerwood Drive.

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of Bellevue Street.
