Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Lloyd E. Phillips Jr., 49, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving without a license.

Arrests

* Dennis J. Rollet, 31, of 524 W. Washington Ave., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.

* Alia J. Shurn, 20, of 805 Rear Ranney St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines.

* Harley F. Nave, 18, of Scott City, Mo., was arrested on a Wayne County warrant for probation violation.

* Jason Schuler, 25, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for revoked operators license.

* Stephanie L. Williams, 20, of 502 S. Hanover St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Melvin T. Nelson, 34, of 621 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for trafficking of cocaine.

* John S. Martin, 25, of 1541 N. Main St., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for non-support.

Summonses

* Mickael E. Minner, 36, of 108 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for leash law violation.

* Howard J. Tatum, 46, of 2044 Steven Drive, was issued a summons for illegal burn.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported at 1318 Ashland Hills. A safe was reported stolen.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 430 N. Frederick St.

* Tires and wheels were reported stolen at 755 S. Kingshighway Drive.

* Trade Secret, 246 West Park Mall, reported money stolen.

* Personal papers and credit cards were reported stolen at 1316 Good Hope St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 202 S. Broadview St. A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges.

* BP D-Mart, 3276 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A driver's side mirror was reported damaged at 308 W. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

* Contraband was reported found.

* A 13-year-old girl was reported as a runaway and was later located.

* Tampering with a witness and harassment were reported.

* A 1991 blue Toyota Camry was reported towed at 1220 S. Pacific St.

* Assisting another agency was reported.

* Two separate incidents of fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.

* Interference with custody was reported.

* BP D-Mart, 3276 William St., reported check forgery.

* Kedron Youngerman, 29, of Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Brian C. Overbey, 20, of 957 W. Independence St., Lot 18, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Jason R. Schuler, 25, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Travis S. Licare, 19, of 652 Abbie Court, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while suspended.

* Justin R. Amelunke, 18, of Whitewater, Mo., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

* Kamden L. Rampley, 18, of 10102 State Route W, was issued a summons for displaying the license plates of another vehicle.

* Tabitha M. Mathews, 23, of 122 Bellevue, Apt. 3, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

* Tyler W. Beussink, 19, 300 E. Jefferson St., was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Nathan E. Leoni, 19, of 625 Randy Drive, was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Jason P. Meystedt, 19, of 804 Francis Drive, was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Vandalism was reported in the 400 block of West Main Street.

* A juvenile was reported as a runaway in the 400 block of East Main Street.

* A person was reported missing in the 2800 block of Hilltop Drive.

* A person was reported missing in the 1300 block of Belair Drive.

* Property was reported found in the 700 block of South Hope Street.

* Fraud was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An affray was reported in the city park.
