The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Travis J. Moore, 31, of 539 Asher, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to operate a vehicle at night with headlights.

Arrests Terry Anthony, 27, of 507 Cape Meadows, No. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of improper registration, driving while revoked and not wearing a seat belt.

Tammy Jo Fitch, 33, of 4289 County Road 525, Lot No. 2, Jackson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Florence E. Sanders, 31, of 324 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a New Madrid County warrant for possession of stolen property.

Summonses Shelly L. Cagle, 37, of 425 Koch, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Arthur A. Brown, 40, of 1304 St. Louis Ave., East St. Louis, Ill., received a summons Monday for a leash law violation.

A silver boys bicycle was reported stolen Monday at 701 Good Hope.

A computer was reported stolen Tuesday at 205 Caruthers.

A portrait and a gold statue were reported stolen Monday at Southeast Missouri State University.Jackson

A peace disturbance was reported Tuesday at the 1100 block of K Land Drive.
