Arrests
* Willie D. Carter, 47, of 605 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended license.
* Jonathan Johnson, 44, of 231 Mill St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving with suspended license.
* Lynette M. Bowman, 21, and Jerry D. Eads, 47, both of Caruthersville, Mo., were arrested on suspicion of stealing.
Summonses
* Kevin J. Pollock, 24, of Ironton, Mo., was issued a summons for operating a vehicle off the roadway of a city park.
* Angela K. Graham, 41, of 412 Sheridan, Apt. 1, was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.
* Amy J. Stoffregen, 25, of 635 Charles St., was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.
* Stephen L. Dunn, 23, of 1216 Dunklin St., was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.
* Brandon I. Francis, 20, of 2545 Maria Louise Lane, was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.
* Wendy L. Trapp, 27, of 262 Estate Drive, Apt. 150, was issued a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.
Assaults
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Child abuse was reported.
Burglary
* Burglary was reported and money stolen at 224 N. Park Ave.
Thefts
* Citi Financial, 3441 William St., reported a car title stolen.
* Sav-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported stealing. Roger L. Pittman, 27, of 419 S. Pacific St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A wallet was reported stolen at Broadway and Park Avenue.
* Two subjects were taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on stealing.
Miscellaneous
* Two incidents of unlawful use of a credit device were reported.
* Maple United Methodist Church, 3168 William St., reported a $20 bill counterfeited.
* A 19-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Kids Wear Again, 118 N. Main St., reported forgery and passing a bad check.
* A bicycle was reported found in the 2700 block of Peach Tree Street.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Burglary
* Burglary was reported in the 2800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Animal neglect was reported in the 1200 block of Belair Drive.
