Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

George Vernon Bellefeville Jr., 21, of Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield and driving without a valid license.

Edward Franklin Roberts, 19, 111 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Carol-Lynn Marie Kaczmarek, 28, 33 N. Water St., Apt. C., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Robert Kennett Scott Sr., 41, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Marshall Walker Egson, 26, 419 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Charleston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

Melena Zerlinda Broglin, 27, 365 Estate Drive, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violations.

Tellis L. Wilderness, 27, 709 S. Minnesota St., was arrested on warrants

Lisa G. Turnbo, 46, 315 S. Lorimier St., Apt. D, was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court on original charges of driving while intoxicated and driving on a revoked license.

Derek S. Gills, 24, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on four city warrants for contempt of court for various traffic charges and probation violation for driving while intoxicated. He was also arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Robert T. Coleman, 61, 509 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

Theft

Gasoline was reported stolen from Hucks at 353 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous tools were reported stolen from Sides Construction Co., 1417 N. Mount Auburn Road.

Insulation, mastic tape and screws were reported stolen from Drury Construction Co., 1417 N. Mount Auburn Road.

A combo kit, hammer drill and job radio with charger were reported stolen from Cotner Electric, 1417 N. Mount Auburn Road.

A PlayStation and games, Super Nintendo and games, Gameboys and games and music CDs were reported stolen from 2117 Sherwood Drive.

A Massey-Ferguson riding lawn mower was reported stolen from Heuer & Sons Implement, 861 S. Kingshighway.

Prescription medicine was reported stolen from 1105 Linden St.

A Missouri license plate 332RLG was reported stolen in the city.

A wallet and contents were reported stolen at 431 S. Ellis St.

A DVD player was reported stolen from 751 Rear Giboney Ave.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen at 1734 N. Kingshighway.

A dog house was reported stolen from 331 S. Lorimier St.

Metal poles were reported stolen at 627 S. Pacific St.

Property damage

A driver's window was reported damaged at 834 Broadway.

A metal screen air conditioner cover was reported damaged at Relax Inn, 200 Morgan Oak St.

Miscellaneous

A red 1995 Chevrolet Lumina was reported abandoned at 400 Morgan Oak St.

A purse and its contents were reported lost at 2145 Independence St.

Jackson

The following items were released Tuesday by the Jackson Police Dept. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

James Welch, 24, 1224 Aletha, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving. He was also arrested on a Madison County warrant for fraud and a St. Francois County warrant for forgery.

Cem Coskin, 28, 718 Washington St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Carol Sherman, 43, 1023 Kent St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Summons

Kyle Rhodes, 18, 533 County Road 325, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle and operating a vehicle on the license plate of another.

Arrests

Franklin Reed, 39, 409 Shawnee St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.

Theft

Thefts were reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard, the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard, the 1200 block of Brandom Street, the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard, the 1700 block of Lee Avenue and the 500 block of East Washington Street.
