* Desmond A. Irvin, 21, of 603 N. Sprigg St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for absconding parole.
* Garmeisha D. Terry, 20, was arrested on a Jefferson City Police Department warrant for parole violation.
* Joe D. Davis, 20, of 902 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Misty Batterton of 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 206, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Christine R. Beard, 23, of 1007 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Summons
* Peggy Jean Webb, 51, of Houston, Minn., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
Assaults
* Domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and assault of a police officer was reported.
* Assault was reported.
Thefts
* SM&P Utility Resources Inc. reported a radio frequency unit stolen at 1925 Broadway St.
* Robbery was reported.
* Best Buy, 3026 William St., reported a home theater system stolen.
* Cingular Wireless, 3363 Gordonville Road, reported a cell phone stolen.
* Theft was reported at 13 N. Sprigg St.
Miscellaneous
* A power washer was reported found at 202 S. Pacific St.
* A 20-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Rape was reported.
* A wallet and contents were found at 1140 N. Kingshighway.

* Aaron L. Sadler, 22, of 1205 Belair Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

* A runaway was reported in the 700 block of Odus Street.
