DWI
* Kerry L. Parr II, 26, of Morehouse, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, failure to stop at a stop sign and no seat belt.
Arrests
* Devin M. Biri, 18, of 3347 County Road 324 in Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
* Latrice V. Coffman, 21, of 806 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
Summonses
* John J. Piwowarcryk III, 50, of 724 Themis St., received a summons for possession of marijuana.
* Priscilla E. Curry, 18, of 3088 Themis St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* Tara R. Baremore, 18, of 3103 Laurel Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for hindering prosecution.
* Rosie L. Jackson, 27, of 921 S. Ellis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for assault and peace disturbance and on a Mississippi County warrant for probation violation.
* Justin G. Blackmon, 26, of 1015 Ranney St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for ex parte violation.
Assault
* An assault was reported at 1843 Montgomery St. Justin R. Erickson, 21, of 1843 Montgomery St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
Thefts
* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* A three-wheeler was reported stolen at 603 Mechaw Drive.
* A theft was reported. A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection to the complaint.
* The Finish Line, 889 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a Missouri state vehicle inspection.
* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
* An iPod and case were reported stolen at 3049 William St.
* A robbery and theft of money were reported at Park and Fountain streets.
* Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported a robbery and the theft of money.
* Subwoofers and amplifiers were reported stolen and a vehicle trunk lid and lock were reported damaged at 1030 S. Pacific St.
Burglary
* A burglary and theft of computer, video camcorders, DVD players, jewelry, shoes and a camera were reported at 1110 S. Ellis St.
Property damage
* A window was reported accidentally broken.
* Parkview State School reported a broken window.
Jackson

Thefts
* A theft was reported in the 1100 block of Lakewood Drive.
* A theft was reported in the 200 block of West Mary Street.
* Identity theft was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
Property damage
* Property was reported damaged in the 100 block of North Georgia Street.
* Property was reported damaged in the 400 block of East Adams Street.
Miscellaneous
* A suspicious odor was reported in the 1900 block of Lee Avenue.
* Harassment was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
