DWI

* Don L. Babcock of 1549 Lexington Ave., received a summons for driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Patricia R. Carnell, 26, of 115 W. Forester Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and possession of a controlled substance.

* Derek W. Hayman, 23, of 1013 Bella Vista Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and no seat belt.

Arrests

* Joshua P. Guyton, 23, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of unlawfully possessing a concealable firearm.

* Zachary T. Miller, 22, of 343 N. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a law enforcement officer.

* Meghann M. Vinyard, 20, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.

* Dale L. Koehler, 37, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for resisting arrest.

* William C. Walley, 33, of 1448 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a child restraint violation.

* A subject was in custody pending filling of formal charges on suspicion of driving while revoked, an unlicensed vehicle, no proof of insurance and no seat belt.

* Matthew B. Luecke, 22, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Zatrun R. Twiggs, 21, of 208 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Malden, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for numerous traffic offenses.

* Brandon L. King, 19, of 508 Cape Meadow Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

* Justin P. Wissman, 21, of 2745 County Road 607 in Jackson, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for child neglect.

* Joshua R. Montavon, 25, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* William C. Walley II, 33, of 1448 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, unlicensed vehicle and no proof of insurance.

* Michaela E. Saffold, 22, of 621 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trial for stealing.

* Keith J. Tuck, 33, of 615 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for child neglect.

* April D. Rice, 35, of 801 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Gabriel W. Mier, 19, of New Madrid, Mo., received a summons for operating a vehicle in a city park without insurance.

* Guy R. Cook, 53, of 209 Pindwood Lane, received a summons for allowing an animal to run at large.

* David V. Bauer, 65, of 132 E. Cape Rock Drive, received a summons for a leash law violation.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A theft of speakers and an amplifier was reported at 385 Siemers Drive.

* A theft of a Missouri license plate was reported in the unit block of North Spanish Street.

* A theft of a purse was reported at 19 N. Kingshighway. The items were later recovered.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of computer, assorted games and cables were reported at 2833 Themis St.

Property damage

* A sign was reported damaged at 1100 Ranney St.

* A vehicle window was broken and money was reported stolen at 318 N. Sprigg St.

* Motor Spots Unlimited, 1249 S. Kingshighway, reported a damaged glass door.

* A vehicle door was reported damaged at 3050 William St.

* Property damage was reported at 732 S. Ellis St.

* Storey's Food Giant reported a damaged bottle of alcohol. Susan M. Ludolph, 47, of 1735 Bessie St., received a summons in connection with the complaint.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 122 S. Spanish St.

* Property damage was reported at Broadway and Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* Animal neglect was reported.

* Terry W. Baugher, 43, of 957 W. Independence St., Lot 18, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, failure to register a motor vehicle annually and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Jesse J. Boyer, 25, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and speeding in a construction zone.

* Jimmy A. Acup, 35, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault with a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator's license.

Summons

* Amy Glaab, 26, of Anna, Ill., received a summons for failure to stop for a red signal.

Assaults

* Child abuse was reported in the 700 block of Dallas Street.

* An assault was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An assault was reported. A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* An assault was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

* A theft of gasoline was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Newspapers were reported stolen in the 400 block of Green Meadows Drive.
