DWI
* Ronald Lovett, no age given, of 2906 Kage Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, causing a motor vehicle accident.
Arrests
* Charles E. Jones III, 29, of 6 Village Drive, Apt. 7, was arrested on suspicion of distributing a controlled substance.
* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for sexual misconduct.
* Rickey L. Smith, no age given, of 31 Olive St., Apt. 8, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary and stealing.
* Charlene T. Norman, of Ramsey, Minn., was arrested on suspicion of forgery.
* Joshua C. Crowley, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
Summons
* Mark A. Kilburn, 36, of 805 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for an unauthorized burn.
Thefts
* Two cases of identity theft were reported.
* Hucks Convenience Store, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
Property Damage
* A fence gate was reported damaged at 1146 N. Sprigg St.
Miscellaneous
* Fraudulent uses of credit devices were reported.
* Bank of Missouri, 1622 N. Kingshighway, reported check forgery.
* Violation of a full order of protection was reported.
* Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported.
* A 50-year-old man was reported to have walked away from a mental facility and was later located.
* A 42-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A black and blue bicycle was reported found in the 900 block of
College Street.
* A white Ford Tempo was towed.
* A 1992 blue Pontiac was towed in the 1200 block of Normal Avenue.
Jackson

* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
* Fraud was reported in the 200 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
