The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Ricky D. McDaniel, 35, of P.O. Box 167, Tamms, Ill., was arrested Sunday on suspcion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield.
Arrests Regina M. Armstrong, 36, of 242 Cool Valley Drive, Fenton, Mo., was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Thefts A Missouri license plate bearing 628-SNW was reported lost or stolen Sunday at Themis and Park.
An Xbox game console, controllers and game were reported stolen Sunday at Towers East at Southeast Missouri State University.
Burglary A burglary was reported Sunday at 2806 Perryville. Assorted jewelry, a DVD player, telephone, VCR, computer printer and scanner and various items were taken.
Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrest Tyler Bollinger, 20, of 1210 North St., Jackson, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summons Christopher E. Locklear, 40, of 206 Tracy St., Jackson, received a summons Monday for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Property Damage
A car tire was reported damaged Friday at the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
A window was reported damaged Wednesday at the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
A vehicle window was reported damaged Wednesday at the 2600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
A vehicle and its windshield were reported damaged Wednesday at the 700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
A window was reported damaged Wednesday at the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
A vehicle was reported damaged Thursday at the 1000 block of Trail Ridge.
Theft
Checks were reported stolen Friday in the 100 block of Court Street.
Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Winks on Old Cape Road.
Miscellaneous
Forgery was reported Saturday at the 900 block of West Independence Street.
A violation of a child custody dispute was reported Friday at the 1200 block of Old Cape Road.
A violation of a child custody dispute was reported Friday at the 100 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.
A domestic dispute was reported Monday at the 300 block of East Jefferson Street.
Harassment was reported Friday in the 300 block of Florence Street.
Tampering with a witness and harassment were reported Thursday at the 200 block of North West Lane.
