The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Jeffrey K. Wallace, 44, 704 Joyce St., Vanduser, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a precursor to methamphetamine production.

Michael W. Kelley, 61, 3110 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Ivan M. Edwards, 24, 1032 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for no operator's license.

Michael Joseph Besand, 24, 121 East Rodney St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Theft

A bicycle was reported stolen from 909 Hackberry St.

Gasoline, soda and cigars were reported stolen from Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.

Gasoline was reported stolen from BP D-Mart, 3276 William St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.

A ladder was reported stolen from 1236 Fairlane Drive.

Property Damage

A door was reported damaged at 420 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

Forgery was reported at 2136 William St.

A wallet and its contents were reported found at 3415 William St.

Jackson

The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

Thefts were reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard, 500 block of Benton Street and 600 block of East Adams Street.

Burglary

Burglary was reported in the 200 block of West Mary Street and in the 700 block of West Adams Street.

Property Damage

Reports of property damage were made in the 100 block of Grandview Drive, and the 200 block of South Union Avenue.
