Arrests
* Geneva Y. Madden, 38, of 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility and failure to stop for a traffic control device.
* Anthony R. Schaefer, 23, of 1439 Whitener St., was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for burglary.
* Kittrel S. Braselman, 44, of an unknown address, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempts of court for failures to pay fines and costs for insurance identification card required, possession of drug paraphernalia and stealing.
* Brandon M. Sitzes, 19, of 315 E. Washington St. in Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.
* Patrick J. Sauer, 28, of 1601 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation for passing bad checks.
* Evan S. Batterton, 24, of 520 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.
Assaults
* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts
* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported the theft of clothing. Whitney L. Mayabb, 19, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 508 Cape Meadows Circle.
Property damage
* A vehicle windshield was reported broken at 2200 Big Bend Road.
Miscellaneous
* An unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest by flight and operating a motor vehicle while revoked were reported.
* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for running away.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Vernon M. Brown Jr., 44 of Sullivan, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Charles E. O'Neal, 38, of 539 S. Sprigg St. in Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.
Arrests
* Sarah C. Graham, 26, of 118 Lilly Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Summonses
* Elizabeth M. Hale, 23, of 2325 County Road 618, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Deborah A. Kinder, 45, of 3020 Boutin Drive in Cape Girardeau, received a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
Miscellaneous
* Trespassing was reported in the 1900 block of Lee Avenue.
* Trespassing was reported in the 200 block of South Hope Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.

The following items were released by the Southeast Department of Public Safety.
Thefts
* Two cell phones were reported stolen at Student Recreation Center-South.
* A PlayStation and game were reported stolen at Towers East.
* An imitation thumbdrive was reported stolen at Student Recreation Center-North.
* An iPod and wallet were reported stolen at 350 N. Henderson Ave.

The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Randy L. Gordon, 30, of 3117 Themis St., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Brandy S. Hicks-Radica, 24, of Scott City, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for revoked operators license, speeding and no proof of insurance.
* Michael L. Allison, 29, of 467 Estates Drive, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to wear a seat belt.
* Dewayne K. Shannon, 17, of 630 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for walking in road when sidewalk available.
* Benjamin K. Steffen, 31, of 1938 Delwin St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
* Shalia K. Payne, 21, of 507 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no operator's license.
* Darin R. Lane, 21, of 1027 N. Missouri Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license, a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for purchasing liquor by a minor and a Southern Linn County warrant for fraud-insufficient funds.
* Vernon K. Haynes, 19, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Charleston Department of Public Safety warrant for contempt of court for trespassing and child restraint.

* Two assaults were reported.
* A domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A cordless screw gun, extension cord, pouch and assorted tools were reported stolen at 1928 Garrett Drive.
* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported a theft. Michael A. Rush, 19, of 218 Tavy Drive in Jackson, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A red/chrome bicycle was reported stolen at 1217 Jefferson Ave.
* A red bicycle was reported stolen at 1435 Cousin St.
* A 3-piece drill bit was reported stolen at 915 N. Spanish St.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported. Three boys, ages 9, 10 and 11, were cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* A door was reported damaged at 1400 S. West End Blvd.
Miscellaneous
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* A dog bite was reported.
