DWI
* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Roger L. Ewing, 43, of 1114 West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for driving while intoxicated and failure to appear for original charge of probation revocation for driving while intoxicated.
* Kelly R. King, 39, of Relax Inn #26, was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear and on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear for assault.
* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of running away.
* Daunte J. Smith, 27, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for revoked operators license.
Summons
* Kevin B. Johnson, 41, of 212 Shawnee Town Road, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Assault
* A subject was taken into custody and later released for domestic assault.
Thefts
* Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported theft. A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
* Kelly Transportation, 3303 Campster Drive, reported cab services stolen.
* A vehicle windshield was reported broken at Kingshighway and Peach Tree Street.
Property Damage
* Property damage was reported at 2116 William St.
Miscellaneous
* A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A dog bite was reported.

Arrests
* David A. Murphy, 45, of 895 Donna Drive, was arrested on suspicion of first degree assault.
* Amy N. Rose, 29, St. Perkins, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant and was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
Thefts
* Theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
* Theft was reported in the 800 block of Dorothy Drive.
Property Damage
* Vandalism was reported on West Mary Street.
* Property damage was reported in the city park.
Miscellaneous
* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of South Union Avenue.
* Property was reported found on Parkview Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
* Indecent exposure was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.
* Fraud was reported in the 700 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Summonses
* Kellie J. Francis, 24, of Fredericktown, Mo., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at New Hall. Two laptop computers, a wallet, DVDs and a cell phone were reported stolen.
Thefts
* A purse and contents were reported stolen at Towers Circle.
