DWI Gil G. Chavez, 23, of 103 N. Clark, No. 305, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, assault, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway and for being an unlicensed driver.
Arrests Jennifer L. Steger, 20, of 130 S. Lorimier, No. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing.
Bobby E. Reed, 39, of 133 S. Benton, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of violating an order of protection.
Linda F. Mathies, 40, of 722 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of assault and resisting arrest.
Donald A. Lehnig, 43, of 1035 S. Kingshighway, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and for driving while revoked.
Thomas L. Egson, 25, of 906 Ranney, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.
Donnie J. McClinton, 22, of 1721 Cape Meadows, No. 7, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while revoked.
Mark W. Mathis, 48, of 301 N. Lorimier, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Faulkner County, Ark., warrant for probation violation.
Aaron L. Wiggins, 21, of 501 S. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for defective equipment.
Harold E. Mungle, 51, of 330 Morgan Oak, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Assaults Samuel M. Houston, 20, of 122 Mary Alice Meadows, Thebes, Ill., and Daniel N. Sampson, 20, of P.O. Box 223, Ullin, Ill., were arrested Monday on suspicion of assault. A 16-year-old male was also cited to juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
Thefts Cash was reported stolen Sunday by Tractor Supply Company.
A cell phone was reported stolen Friday at Towers West at Southeast Missouri State University.
A Sony PlayStation and stereo were reported stolen Friday at Towers West at Southeast Missouri State University.
A laptop computer, DVDs and a CD player were reported stolen Friday at Towers West at Southeast Missouri State University.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at 2863 Whitener.
A glass screen door was reported damaged Sunday at 419 S. Missouri.
Miscellaneous Failure to return rental property was reported Monday by Rent One at 610 S. Kingshighway.

Arrests Gregory M. Speckman, 30, of 95 Cardinal Lane, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
Deanna N. Roberts, 18, of 124 S. Lorimier, Apt. 6, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and alcohol by a minor.
Miscellaneous Theft was reported Sunday at Lee Avenue.
A broken window was reported Friday at the 500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported Friday at the 300 block of Greensferry Road.
A domestic dispute was reported Friday at the 1500 block of K-Land Drive.
A domestic dispute was reported Friday at the 900 block of West Independence.
A domestic dispute was reported Saturday at the 600 block of North Georgia.
A domestic dispute was reported Sunday at the 400 block of West Main Street.
