The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christina E. Copen, 30, of 122 S. Ranney St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing, harassment by phone, prohibited acts and resisting arrest.

* Nancy E. Merchant, 21, of 2844 Lear Drive, was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for stealing, two counts of trespassing, and failure to appear for probation revocation on trespassing charge.

* Matthew J. Komorech, 24, of 1717 Bertling St., was arrested on a parole violation warrant.

* Titus D. Bockman, 17, of 419 Louis St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operator's license, seat belt violation, improper registration and no proof of insurance.

Summons

* Angel J. Randolph, 23, of 608 Locust St., received a summons for animal neglect.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Burlington Northern Railroad reported a theft of copper wire from Elm and Fountain streets.

* Ford Groves, 1802 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a dealer tag.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported. One person was in custody in connection with the complaint.

* A trailer was reported damaged at 3122 Wisteria Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for misuse of emergency services.

* U-Kwick Stop, 1700 Broadway, reported forgery.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control and peace disturbance.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Vincent P. Rigdon, 45, of 1426 Parkwood Circle, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Thefts

* Two thefts of fuel were reported stolen in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of Kent Street.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported in the 500 block of Otto Drive.

* A burglary was reported in the 300 block of South High Street.

Miscellaneous

* A drug violation was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
