The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Justin David Morrison, 23, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, Apt. 32, as arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Frank Lesley Snider III, 26, 901 Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of statutory rape and child molestation.

Brittney Nichole Flowers, 19, Route 1, Box 114, Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of forgery and fraudulent use of a credit device.

William Reginald Flowers, 17, Route 1, Box 114, Tamms, was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

Deveon Darnay Williams, 22, Box 233, Tamms, was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana.

Pearl Leatha Anthony, 29, 2814 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Demetria LaQuisha Rogers, 18, 2814 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Carol Louise McCain, 38, 403 W. College St., Marion, Ill, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for leaving the scene and failure to register a vehicle.

Brandon T. Jeffers, 18, 8749 Lemod Court, Apt. B, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Melissa Ann Lane, 18, Towers East, No. 403, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts

A checkbook and personal papers were reported stolen from 31 N. Henderson Ave.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.

Buffalo Wild Wings, 2136 William St., reported the theft of food.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen at Sprigg and Emerald St.

A dark blue 1987 Chevrolet Caprice, Missouri license 542 TCP was reported stolen from 1120 N. Kingshighway.

A stereo with CD player, PlayStation and games, speaker, movies, applications and CDs were reported stolen from 621 Good Hope St.

A stove was reported stolen from Ferrell Mobile Home, 890 S. Kingshighway.

Property Damage

A windshield was reported broken in the 700 block of Highway 74.

Miscellaneous

A green 1994 Ford with Tennessee license plates JKK-372, was impounded at 716 Jefferson St.

Jackson

The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

Alanna B. Smith, 17, 325 Spring View Drive, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Thefts

Theft of services was reported in the 200 block of East Main Street.

An American flag was reported stolen in the 400 block of Hidden Meadows Drive.

A truck bumper and license plate were reported stolen from the 800 block of Clark Street.
