Arrests
* Jennifer L. Hashley, 21, of 354 Timber Lane, Jackson, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated.
* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for possession of paraphernalia, failure to register vehicle and no insurance.
* Demetrius L. Mays, 23, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for child neglect.
* Nicholas S. Wayland, 18, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for burglary and on a warrant for forgery.
* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for trespassing and peace disturbance.
Summonses
* Ann M. Cooper, 36, of 1752 Dunklin St., was issued a summons for assault.
* Leann B. Lucas, 39, of 2545 Lynnwood Drive, was issued a summons for leash law violation.
Burglary
* Burglary was reported and currency stolen at 2118 Sussex Drive.
Thefts
* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported gasoline stolen.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
* Binoculars, a wallet and contents were reported stolen at 1249 S. Kingshighway Drive.
* Cape Auto Pool, 1238 Meadowbrook, reported a Missouri license plate stolen.
* A check card and cell phone were reported stolen at 259 N. Park Drive.
* License tabs were reported stolen at 415 N. Mount Auburn Road.
* Currency was reported stolen at 1704 Bloomfield Road.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported stealing.
Property damage
* Property damage and tresspassing were reported at 1020 Boutin Drive.
Miscellaneous
* Water Doctor, 44 S. West End Blvd., reported a Missouri license plate lost or stolen.
* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported failure to return a rented camcorder.
* J.C. Penney, 100 West Park Mall, reported checks forged.
* Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall, reported checks forged.
* Checks were reported forged at 19 S. Kingshighway Drive.
* Checks were reported forged at 2136 William St.
* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 40-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A wallet was reported found at 609 Cordelia Ave.

Arrests
* Samuel L. Huff, 20, of 1509 Rosebud Drive, Jackson, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
Summonses
* David W. Prince, 24, of 1111 N. Spanish St., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.
* Karren L. Leadbetter, 41, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of West Independence Street.
Miscellaneous
* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of East Main Street.
* Property was reported found in the 1400 block of Rolling Fields Drive.
* Tampering was reported on West Mary Street.
