DWI
* Damiam P. Rigdon, 23, of Clearfield, Ky., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no taillights.
Arrests
* Thomas E. Williams, 56, of 3925 Granite Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Demetrius L. Mays Sr. of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for peace disturbance and for contempt of court for failure to appear for peace disturbance.
Summonses
* Heidi L. Laferntras, 32, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to maintain properties free of trash, litter and nuisance vehicles.
* Gregory M. Benn, 45, of N. Frederick St., Apt. B, was issued a summons for tresspassing.
* Lisa M. Picou, 23, of 1408 N. Main St., Apt. A, was issued a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.
Burglaries
* Burglary was reported and a DVD player and speakers stolen at 917 S. Pacific St.
* Burglary was reported and a pistol stolen at 121 E. Rodney Drive.
* Leon G. Eftink, 55, of 122 Kensington, was issued a summons for open burning restrictions.
Thefts
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1080 S. Silver Springs Road. Devin M. Biri, 17, of 3347 County Road 324, Jackson, and Michael A. Rush, 18, of 2217 Old Toll Road, Jackson, were issued summonses in connection with the complaint.
* Prescription medication was reported stolen at 224 N. Frederick St.
* Credit cards and a check book were reported stolen on Henderson Avenue.
* KMart, 11 S. Kinghshighway, reported theft. A 15-year-old girl was reported into juvenile court in connection with the complaint. Tyiesha F. Hyte, 23, of Mounds City, Ill., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported theft. Shalona N. Chamberlain, 17, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* McDonald's, 1925 Broadway, reported bottles of water and food items stolen.
* Heartland Hardware Inc., 23 N. Middle St., reported currency stolen.
* Taco Bell, 335 N. Kingshighway, reported cash stolen.
* A CD player, CDs and a leather jacket were reported stolen and a window broken at 1948 Eden Circle.
* A purse and contents were reported stolen and a vehicle window broken at 1952 Eden Circle.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1801 Brink St.
Property damage
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of property damage and being beyond parental control.
Miscellaneous
* A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Finish Line Shoe Store, 225 West Park Mall, reported fraudulent use of a credit device and forgery.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of curfew violation.
* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported failure to return a home theater system.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Miscellaneous
* Property was reported lost in the 500 block of Lacey Street.
* Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Harassment was reported in the 700 block of North Union Avenue.
* Stalking was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.
