The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Jessica R. Osborn, 20, 1947 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Michael E. Weaver, 32, 704 Country Lane, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving on a revoked license.

Kristian D. Henderson, 19, 212 S. Lorimier, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration and several traffic violations.

Jimmy D. Gray, 41, 615 Fourth St. East, Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of assault of emergency personnel.

Larry D. Reed, 40, 2845 Themis St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of assault and domestic assault.

Jeremy T. Guyton, 19, 1143 S. Pacific, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Chad A. Dillingham, 22, 825 N. Fountain, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for burglary, stealing and possession of a controlled substance.

Terry G. Umfleet Sr., 48, 36 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving on a revoked license and on suspicion of making a false declaration.

Toyia Sharie Sneed, 22, 513 Amethyst St., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Summons

Claire E. Custer, 19, 350 New Hall, Henderson Room 509, was issued a summons for unlawful use of a license.

A pit bull was reported stolen from 429 S. Benton St.

A bag and its contents were reported stolen from 2136 William St.

Property Damage

A window screen was reported damaged at 511 Bellevue St.

Windows were reported broken at 727 N. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous:

A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for protective custody.

Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported receiving bad checks.

Money was reported found in the city.

A boy's chrome bicycle was reported found at 15 S. Pacific St.

Jackson

The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

Fuel was reported stolen from the 800 block of Amanda Street.

Thefts were reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard, the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard, the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard, and the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
