DWIs

* Santiago Pedro Gabriel, 28, 103 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 307, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Jamel A. Webb, 27, 36 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving under suspension.

* Cheryl A. Johnson, 41, 1401 N. Water St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Donna Marie Hale, 41, no address given, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Tracy A. Jones, 42, 717 N. West End Blvd., was arrested at Clark and Broadway on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Cierra Michelle Williams, 18, 233 W. Kathleen, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Jamie Marie Thiele, 17, 1536 N. Spanish St. was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear in court.

* Rico Montrael Kent, 32, 101 W. Ironbanks, Charleston, Mo., was arrested on city warrants for failure to appear in court.

* Terrance E. Smith, 19, 321 S. Middle St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court.

* Christina M. Sanford, 25, 79 Page Lane, New Florence, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear in court.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

* Two suspects were taken into custody in the 600 block of Sprigg St., pending formal charges of receiving stolen property.

Theft

A CD player was reported stolen at 221 Broadway.

* A 12 gauge shotgun and muzzle loader rifle were reported stolen from 559 Timon Way.

* Liquor was reported stolen from Jasper's, 407 Morgan Oak St.

* Several duck decoys were reported stolen from 2416 Melrose St. A 16 year old boy was taken into custody in connection with the incident.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen in the downtown area.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.

* A skateboard was reported stolen from 1021 Themis St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Bi State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St.

* Burglary, assault and theft were reported in the1200 block of Perryville Road.

* Medication was reported taken in the 1800 block of Lawanda.

Property Damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged and money, driver's license and keys were taken at 23 S. Hanover St.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with custody was reported at 2209 Melrose St.

* Robert A. Penrose, 26, of 135 S. Park St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine.

* Subjects were taken into custody, pending formal charges on robbery, assault, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action.

* Ashley Rae Clark, 26, of Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* William T. Minner, 26, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Jesse Hicks, 24, of 333 N. Ellis St. Apt. G, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Assaults

* A subject was taken into custody, pending formal charges on domestic assault.
