* Jamel A. Webb, 27, 36 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving under suspension.
* Cheryl A. Johnson, 41, 1401 N. Water St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Donna Marie Hale, 41, no address given, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Tracy A. Jones, 42, 717 N. West End Blvd., was arrested at Clark and Broadway on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court.

Theft
A CD player was reported stolen at 221 Broadway.
* A 12 gauge shotgun and muzzle loader rifle were reported stolen from 559 Timon Way.
* Liquor was reported stolen from Jasper's, 407 Morgan Oak St.
* Several duck decoys were reported stolen from 2416 Melrose St. A 16 year old boy was taken into custody in connection with the incident.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen in the downtown area.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.
* A skateboard was reported stolen from 1021 Themis St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Bi State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St.
* Burglary, assault and theft were reported in the1200 block of Perryville Road.
* Medication was reported taken in the 1800 block of Lawanda.
Property Damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged and money, driver's license and keys were taken at 23 S. Hanover St.
Miscellaneous
* Interference with custody was reported at 2209 Melrose St.
