The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Ricky S. Wolpers, 32, of 2042 Thilenius, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrest April E. Wyatt, 38, of 907 N. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, improper registration, failure to use a turn signal and no headlights.

Thefts A 15-year-old girl was cited to juvenile court Tuesday on suspicion of stealing.

A vehicle window was reported broken and a purse and its contents stolen Tuesday at 2021 Independence.

A license plate was reported stolen Wednesday in the Cape Girardeau area.

Burglary A burglary was reported Wednesday at 29 S. Sprigg.

Property Damage

A vehicle window was reported broken Tuesday at 202 W. Plaza Way.

Miscellaneous

Nine related instances of forgery were reported Tuesday at 1028 N. Sprigg, 3333 Gordonville, 1201 Broadway, 724 Broadway, 3061 William and 341 S. Sprigg.

Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Tuesday by Plaza Tire Service at 2149 William.Jackson
