Arrests

Nathan R. Mueller, 24, of 3339 State Highway 94, Defiance, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

John C. Ginther, 31, of 818 Plantation, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Robert J. Luttrell, 24, of 1201 Parker, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Monday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Myra Thomas, 31, of 538 S. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Larry J. Halter, 44, of 625 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of probation violation.Summons

Darren C. Wade, 37, of 132 Hanover, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday on suspicion of a leash law violation.

Thefts

Cigarettes were reported stolen Monday by Smoker's Outlet at 2116 William.

A CD player face plate was reported stolen Tuesday at 3118 Wisteria.

Money was reported stolen Tuesday at 1105 Linden.

A camper shell was reported damaged Monday at 91 S. Plaza Way. A 15-year-old male was cited to juvenile court for property damage.
