Summonses Falisha N. White, 29, of 914 S. Ellis, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for a leash law violation.

Thefts A debit card was reported stolen Tuesday at 815 Bellevue.

Famous Barr reported jewelry and clothing stolen Tuesday at 100 West Park Mall.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 2023 Independence.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by BP D-Mart at 3276 William.

An XBox and credit card were reported stolen Tuesday at Towers North.

A DVD/VCR player was reported stolen Tuesday at Towers North.

Property Damage A vehicle window was reported broken Tuesday at 2820 Vista Lane.

Three vehicles, an oil filter, fan belts and a brake line were reported damaged Tuesday at 2004 Themis.

Ruts in a yard were reported Tuesday at 525 S. Ellis.

Miscellaneous Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Tuesday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William, Kidds at 1325 Broadway and Vanity at 111 West Park Mall.
