DWI Michael A. Howe of 3020 Boutin, No. 106, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Cristy D. Harrison, 19, of 6937 Bruno Ave., St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.

Victor E. Franklin, 20, of Route 1, Box 296, Cairo, Ill., was arrested Monday on a Washington County warrant for dangerous drugs.

Willie E. Simpson, 24, of 2521 Hodamont, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Eddie L. Harris, 52, of 721 Beaudean Lane, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of a controlled substance.

Derrick J. Reddin, 34, of 320 Good Hope, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

Personal papers were reported stolen Monday at 24 S. Minnesota.

A toolbox, assorted tools and an auto sense interlock system were reported stolen Monday at 2008 William.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Hucks at 353 S. Kingshighway.

A Missouri license plate bearing 087-NAB was reported stolen Monday at 319 N. Frederick.

A 1993 Dodge Ram truck was reported stolen Friday to the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.

A wall clock and table lamp were reported stolen Saturday at the Greek Dorm at Southeast Missouri State University.
