Summonses

* Luke A. Wade, 21, of 735 Watkins Drive, received a summons for disorderly house.

Thefts

* A black, premium bicycle was reported stolen in the 200 block of South Park Street.

* A theft was reported at 615 Sycamore Circle.

* Smokers Outlet, 2116 William St., reported a theft.

Property Damage

* Property damage and theft was reported at 3008 Themis St.

* Property damage and theft was reported at 1038 N. Frederick St.

Miscellaneous

* A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A weapons violation was reported at Washington Avenue and Middle Street.
