Laurie E. Tackett-Holman, 46, of 715 Elm, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and a traffic violation.
A person was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated and a traffic violation.Arrests
Shannon M. Woodside, 20, of 245 S. Union, Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
Elizabeth E. Wiggins, 18, of 5343 Highway 34, Burfordsville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
Bernice M. Wilfong, 25, of Route 2, Box 41, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
Eric C. Castulik, 17, of 603 Union, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.
Rodney J. Harris, 23, of 660 Timon Way, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Antwan D. Johnson, 25, of 406 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
Ramon A. Julliano II, 19, of 45 S. West End Boulevard, Apt. 108, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Clay County, Mo., warrant for probation violation.
Summonses
Chad D. Pulley of 1707 Ridge Road, Jackson, received a summons Wednesday for no proof of insurance and a passing violation.
Jamie M. Rosborg of 1444 E. Main, Jackson, received a summons Wednesday for failure to obey a stop sign.
Cecil T. Carter of 1423 Luce, Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Wednesday for no proof of insurance.
Rebecca Sue Fee, 40, of 7163 U.S. 61, Jackson, was issued a summons for stealing Thursday at 1810 E. Plaza.Burglary
A burglary was reported Wednesday at 1038 N. Frederick, Apt. 1B.
Thefts Stealing was reported Wednesday by Central Junior High School. A 14-year-old male was cited to juvenile court for stealing and possession with intent to use prohibited solvents.
A cell phone and recharger were reported stolen Wednesday at 1623 Good Hope.
Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Rhodes 101 at 1126 N. Sprigg.
A television was reported stolen Thursday at Towers South to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
Property damage
A vehicle door and window were reported damaged Thursday at 139 Garnet Lane.Jackson

Jeanna L. Maynard, 28, of 438 N. High Street, Jackson, received a summons Thursday for improper registration and no valid license.
Theft Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday in the 2900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Miscellaneous
A suspicious person was reported Thursday in the 500 block of North High Street.
A bicycle was found Thursday in the 200 block of Kies Avenue.
A purse was found Thursday in the 500 block of East Washington.
