The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Four persons were placed in custody Tuesday pending the filing of formal charges for possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture a controlled substance.

Teresa M. Wright, 44, of 801 Good Hope, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts Cologne was reported stolen Tuesday by Famous Barr at 100 West Park Mall. Shannon C. Mouser, 27, of 228 Missouri Ave., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Medication was reported stolen Tuesday at 2136 William.

Burglary A Nintendo Playstation, video games and DVDs were reported stolen in a burglary Tuesday at 114 S. Henderson.

Property Damage A mailbox and door knob were reported damaged Tuesday at 35 S. Park.

A metal door, a lock and a door latch were reported damaged Wednesday at Shawnee Park.

Miscellaneous A license plate bearing 102PYY was reported missing Wednesday at 134 S. Sprigg.

Miscellaneous A coat was reported stolen Tuesday in the 100 block of North Georgia.

Property damage was reported Tuesday in the 100 block of Court Street.

A request to keep the peace was made Tuesday in the 300 block of South Ohio.

Loud music was reported Tuesday in the 100 block of Tracy and Bellevue and the 300 block of Broadridge.

A suspicious person was reported Wednesday in the 1200 block of Woodland Drive.
