Arrests Rickey Nunley, 48, of 146 S. West End, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of assault.
Tommy Lane, of 719 William, Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
Mallory L. Fuller III, 23, of 150 S. Lorimier, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for receiving stolen property.
A person was placed in custody Tuesday pending the filing of formal charges for burglary, domestic assault and assault.
Summonses
Ryan C. Strassner, 25, of 8 N. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for a liquor sales violation.
Debra J. Childers of 1837 Stoddard, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
Paul A. Recker, 19, of 2825 Whitener, Apt. C3, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for peace disturbance.
Jason D. Baldwin, 23, of 2825 Whitener, Apt. C3, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for peace disturbance.
Thefts
A bicycle was reported stolen Tuesday at 520 Albert.

A 16-year-old male was referred to juvenile authorities Monday for possession of a controlled substance.
Amy O'Kelley, 29, of 720 W. Adams, Apt. 8, Jackson, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summonses Mark A. Proffer, 24, of P.O. Box 939, Jackson, received a summons Monday for a stop sign violation.
Tyler B. Rees, 18, of 3520 Ridge Road, Jackson, received a summons Monday for careless and imprudent driving.
Timothy D. Huckstep, 20, of 183 State Highway 77, Chaffee, Mo., received a summons Monday for driving while suspended.

Theft of anhydrous ammonia was reported Monday in the 1700 block of Lee Avenue.Burglary
