DWI
* Timothy R. Wareing, 21, of 2234 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a posted stop sign.
Arrests
* Tracy L. Cunningham, 34, of 125 W. Forester Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a speeding and improper registration fine.
* Terry L. Douglas, 25, of 433 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Clinton County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.
Summons
* Scott E. Fast, 43, of 324 William St., received a summons for failure to maintain a nuisance vehicle.
Assaults
* An assault and a defacing of a firearm were reported. A suspect was released pending the investigation.
* Child abuse was reported.
Thefts
* Identity theft was reported.
* A theft was reported at 100 West Park Mall. Bethany A. Drew, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A 1995 black Chevrolet Impala was reported stolen from 2716 Luce St.
* Rhodes 24, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of alcohol.
* A check card was reported stolen from 1330 Broadway.
Property Damage
* A garage door was reported damaged at 2048 Steven Drive.

* Jamie M. Followell, 29, of Dutchtown, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Summonses
* Tiffany L. Parmer, 19, of 957 W. Independence St., received a summons for not having a valid license.
* Kevin W. Seabaugh, 45, of 209 Crazy Horse Lane, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
Property Damage
* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Francis Drive.
Miscellaneous
* A disturbance of the peace was reported in the 100 block of Bellevue Street.
* A domestic dispute was reported in the 400 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.
