The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Eddie Leo Harris, 721 Beaudean Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no insurance, striking a stopped vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrest

Anthony C. Tucker, 32, 108 Pin Oak Drive, Jackson, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for burglary, no insurance and speeding.

Summons

James David White, 47, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 304, was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

Kyla Ray Miller, 5169 Route U, Whitewater, was issued summons for striking a vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, driving without a license and no insurance.

Deanna Elizabeth Dodd, Box 195, Tamms, Ill., was issued a summons for driving under suspension, no insurance and striking a stopped vehicle.

Yolanda I. Carter, 511 Albert St., was issued a summons for driving without insurance and striking a stopped vehicle.

Thefts

A cell phone was reported stolen from 215 S. Kingshighway.

Money was reported stolen from 607 N. Sprigg St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1610 N. Kingshighway.

A trash bag full of cans was reported stolen from 518 S. Ellis St.

Gasoline was reported stolen from Amerimart No. 7, 1320 West Cape Rock Drive.

Money was reported stolen from Elias Ace Hardware, 1719 N. Kingshighway.

A checkbook and Missouri driver's license were reported stolen from 829 S. Kingshighway.

Property Damage

Wooden lockers were reported damaged at 333 N. Frederick St.

Miscellaneous

A cat bite was reported at 2220 Cambridge St.

Ammunition was reported found at 142 S. Lorimier St.

A stolen 2002 red Ford two-door vehicle was recovered at Farrar and William streets.

Jackson

The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

Bradley Reddick, 24, 2835 Whitener, Apt. F, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Thefts

A theft was reported in the 700 block of Jackson Trail.

Burglary

A burglary was reported in the 1800 block of South Hope Street.
