The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Calvin J. Harper, 27, of 130 S. Lorimier, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Carla Weston, 24, of 500 Louis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while suspended and making a false declaration.
Summons Jacquline A. Tedder, 26, of 1953 David, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for telephone harassment.
Assaults Rey Cruz Gonzalez, 47, of 301 N. Lorimier, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of domestic assault.
A person was placed in custody Monday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault, possession of a defaced firearm and unlawful use of a weapon.
Thefts
A cell phone was reporteded stolen Monday at 1855 Martin.
Credit and debit cards, CDs and checks were reported stolen Tuesday at 1008 N. West End Blvd.
Burglary
A burglary was reported Monday by Budget Inn at 1448 N. Kingshighway. A door was damaged, but nothing was taken.Property Damage
Graffiti damage was reported Monday at 327 N. Frederick.

Forgery was reported Tuesday at 1126 N. Sprigg.Jackson

A peace disturbance was reported Monday in the 300 block of Broadridge.
