Arrests Emilio Almaguer, 38, 651 S. Henderson, was arrested Monday on suspicion of domestic assault.
Keith Larsell Baines, 41, 215 Pearl, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.
Cleatus Lee Marney, 41, 214 N. Louisiana, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for bad checks and on a Fulton County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
Russell Ernest Goehring, 55, 1204 Sprigg, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Miguel DeLeon Phillips, 36, 906 S. Pacific, was arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing at Red Lobster and driving under suspension.
Jennifer J. Amman, 27, 155 S. Forester, was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
James Dean Hatchel, 50, 234 N. Lorimier, was arrested Tuesday on a city warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay fines and cost for stealing.
Summons Alex Dewayne Graham, 36, 120 N. Delaware, Mounds, Ill., was issued a summons for driving with a suspended license.
Thefts A check was reported stolen by deceit Monday at 1512 Independence.
A big-screen television was reported stolen Monday at 1400 West End Blvd.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday at Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg.
A 2002 black Jeep was reported stolen Monday at 1708 Big Bend Road.
Money was reported stolen Monday at 351 S. Sprigg.
A check was reported stolen Monday at 1970 Delwin.
A stereo speaker was reported stolen and office doors damaged Tuesday in a burglary at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1820 Perryville Road.
A stereo speaker and office doors were reported stolen from 1000 Ranney Tuesday.
A wallet and library card were reported stolen Tuesday from 205 Caruthers.
Gasoline was reported stolen from Semo Gas, 40 N. Sprigg Tuesday.
Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday from Basic Fuel, 2155 Bloomfield.
Property Damage
A steering column was reported damaged Monday at 317 S. Louisiana.
A brick wall was reported spray-painted with graffiti at 725 Broadway.
A porch light was reported damaged Monday at CSM Properties, 408 S. Hanover.
A vehicle mirror was reported damaged at the 100 block of North Main.
A vehicle window was reported broken and a gym bag and contents taken Monday at 1515 Bessie.
Doors were reported damaged Tuesday in a burglary at First Pentecostal Church, 3054 Lexington.
Miscellaneous
A counterfeit $10 bill was reported passed at Buffalo Wild Wings, 2136 William.

Thefts
Reports of theft were made Monday at the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard and the 100 block of South Farmington Road.
