DWI
* Alex William Hamm, 26, 512 Broadway Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Andrew Gene Shain, 23, 302 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of patronizing prostitution, possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
* Vicki Lynn Renfroe, 49, 1447 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child.
* Jason Daniel Lunn, 29, 2544 Brownwood Court, Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for probation violation.
* Dejon Tammorris Smith, 21, 347 N. Ellis St., was arrested on two Lee's Summit warrants for possession of a controlled substance.
* Jamey L. Chiles, 28, 99 S. Park Ave., Apt. C, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.
* Marianne Porter, 43, 2920 Perryville Road, and William Edward Ramsey, 52, 6235 County Road 621, were arrested on suspicion of stealing cigarettes.
Assault
* Third-degree domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A camera phone was reported stolen at 2136 William St.
* Attempted burglary was reported at Bargain Hound, 851 S. Kingshighway.
* A VCR, wooden table and a wallet were reported stolen from 413 North St.
* Money was reported stolen from 1437 Luce St.
* A PlayStation 2, games, DVDs and a CD case were reported stolen from 59 N. Park Ave., Apt. A.
* Tools were reported stolen from 2255 Derbyshire.
* Plugs, switches and light bulbs were reported stolen from Penrod Custom Homes, 2567 Abbey Road.
* A jacket, cell phone and prescription medication were reported stolen from 1314 Jefferson Ave.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported at Ford Groves, 1501 N. Kingshighway.
* A front door window was reported damaged at 622 N. Sprigg St.
* A window and screen were reported damaged at 835 Caruthers Ave.
Miscellaneous
* Four instances of forgery were reported at 3061 William St.
* Forgery was reported at 612 S. Sprigg St.
* Supplying liquor to a minor was reported.
* Dog bites were reported at 1 Capaha Park and at 1115 Bloomfield Road.
* A counterfeit bill was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* Phone harassment was reported at 2420 Kent Drive.
* A counterfeit $5 bill was reported at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
* Identity theft was reported.
* A wallet was reported lost at the 600 block of South Spring Street.
* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported the fraudulent use of a credit card.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported the fraudulent use of a credit card.

* David J. Biler, 17, 104 Sherry Lynn, Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property and possession of burglary tools.
* Ethan A. Pack, 18, 110 W. Parker St., Chaffee, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property and possession of burglary tools.
Summonses
* Christopher R. Bramlett, 17, 1474 Lilac Lane, Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Brigitte A. Wilson, 41, 708 N. Hope St., Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of driving while suspended.
Thefts
* A wallet was reported stolen in the 500 block of West Main Street.
* A stereo was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Theft was reported in the 900 block of East Adams Street.
* Fuel was reported stolen in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Property damage
* A mailbox was reported damaged in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* A window was reported broken in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 1100 block of K Land Drive and in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of South Union Avenue.
* Identity theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
* Animal neglect was reported in the 1600 block of Deerwood Drive.
* Peace disturbances were reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street and in the 300 block of South Georgia Street.
