The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Carla L. Westbrook, 33, of P.O. Box 91, Unity, Ill., was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, forgery and no operator's license.

Joshua M. Gowan, 22, of 2016 Bloomfield, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Sidney Johnson, 48, of 326 Fifth St., Cairo, Ill., was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and a Charleston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

Corrine E. Mack, 32, of 104 School St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay a fine.

Alfonso L. Ellis, 19, of 1206 Big Bend Road, was arrested Monday on suspicion of assault.

Nathan D. Richards, 26, of 506 N. Third St., Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Keno Kenya Jones, 22, of 1335 W. Murray Lane, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of fleeing lawful detention and no operator's license.

Summons Cynthia K. Pender, 32, of 1201 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for property damage.

Thefts A Missouri license plate tab was reported stolen from an unknown area Monday.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Monday at 3333 Gordonville Road.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Monday at 3020 Boutin.

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by D-Mart Citgo at 263 Farrar.

Missouri license plate tabs were reported stolen Tuesday at 2812 Hilldale Circle.

Burglary A burglary was reported Monday at 1203 S. Sprigg. A door frame and lock were damaged.

Property Damage

A garage door was reported damaged Monday at 1115 Jefferson.

A window and house siding were reported damaged Monday at 2220 Cambridge.

A vehicle door was reported damaged Monday at the 100 block of South Lorimier.Miscellaneous

Concealment of contraband articles in the city jail was reported Monday at 40 S. Sprigg.

Arrest Jordie D. Walton, 21, of 957 W. Independence, No. 26, Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for no operator's license.
