DWIs
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.
* Patrick Williams, 23, of 1230 W. Cape Rock Drive, Apt. 76, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Scott Michael Roberts, 19, of 1000 Towers, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Ryan K. Rhodes, 26, of 3519 Village Oaks, Kingwood, Texas, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* John Dry, 35, 144 Choctaw Lane, Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Brooke Blattner, 24, of 878 County Road 335, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Richard Wren, 22, of 1721 Cape Meadows Drive, Apt. 17, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation.
* Wanda Jackson, 37, of 1312 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Billy Ray Bollinger, 44, of 30147 County Road 309 South, Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Chris Renn, 42, of 211 Mason St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court.
* Robert Myers, 29, of 1119 Good Hope St., was arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court.
* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Patti Reed, 39, of 223 Morgan St., Apt. 2, Jackson, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation and contempt of court.
* Brian Pfefferkorn, 22, of 114 McKinley St., Delta, was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear in court.
* Vincent Flores, 18, of 815 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of failing to display driver's license, failing to use headlights in inclement weather, failing to wear a seat belt and possession of a controlled substance.
* Matthew Wiethop, 20, of 2419 Lakeshore Drive, Jackson, was arrested on a warrant for misrepresentation of age.
* Robert White, 51, of 100 S. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing luncheon meat from Save-a-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.
* James A. Criddle, 17, of 617 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a defaced firearm.
* Arthur R. Jones, 37, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., No. 20, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Adam T. Barr, 20, of 806 Grove St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Christopher M. Johnston, 19, of 1607 Good Hope St., was arrested in a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Two subjects were taken into custody pending filing of formal charges of assault.
Summons
* Latwilla Merriweather, 22, of 403 S. Hanover St., received a summons for failure to maintain property.
Thefts
* Schnucks reported a carton of cigarettes was stolen from 19 S. Kingshighway.
* A wallet and contents were reported taken at 3439 William St.
* Famous Barr reported clothing taken at 100 West Park Mall.
Property damage
* A window was reported broken on a vehicle at Sprigg and Jefferson streets.
* A sideview mirror was reported broken on a vehicle at 105 N. West End Blvd.
* A vehicle door was reported damaged in the 600 block of Emerald Street.
* Tires were reported damaged at 322 S. Lorimier St.
* Ruts from a vehicle were reported in a yard at 921 Silver Springs Roads.
Miscellaneous
* A blue 1996 Chevrolet Lumina was reported abandoned at 234 Broadway.
* A brown 1978 Ford was reported abandoned at 1125 N. West End Blvd.
* Interference with custody was reported in the 100 block of West Drive.

Miscellaneous
* A bicycle was reported found in the 600 block of Michael Anna Street.
* A vehicle was reported abandoned in the 1100 block of Trail Ridge Drive.
