The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Ralph D. Romaker, 54, 620 N. Second St., Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation.
* D'Andree Lee McClellon, 26, 3022 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 8, was arrested on city warrants for contempt of court for improper registration, probation violation for suspended operator's license, failure to appear for suspended operator's license, failure to appear for seatbelt violation, failure to appear for receiving stolen property, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear and failure to appear for revoked driver's license.
* Erica Elizabeth Gianesin, 23, 222 Main St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the road and possession of marijuana.
Summons
* Michael L. Bagby, 37, 103 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
Thefts
* A slide hammer, puller set and grinder with case were reported stolen from Fisher Auto Parts, 2350 Rust Ave.
* A green 1994 Mercury Tracer was reported stolen from 1601 Independence St.
* A brown leather wallet was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.
* A cash drawer and currency were reported stolen in a burglary at Speed Sport Automotive, 2210 Kingshighway.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported at 808 S. Benton St.
Miscellaneous
* A black 1983 Buick was reported abandoned in the 700 block of Walnut Street.
* A plastic zipper pouch with miscellaneous keys was reported found at Broadway and Water Street.
* A brown leather wallet was reported found in the downtown area.
Jackson
The following items were released Tuesday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Michael Cochran, 21, 505 S. Railroad St., Matthews, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported in the 2700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Assault
* An assault was reported in the 3500 block of Leming Lane.
