Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Robert E. L. Myers III, 32, of 1119 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for speeding and driving while revoked.
  • James T. Eakin, 23, of 101 N. Ellis St., No. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for curfew violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Glennton G. Sevier, 24, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.

Summons

  • Russell L. Graham, 44, of 911 Susan Lane, received a summons for property damage.

Assaults

  • An assault and property damage was reported.
  • An assault was reported.

Burglary

  • An attempted burglary was reported at 4161 Hopper Road.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Road, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A theft of a tool box and tools, CDs, fishing poles and a bicycle was reported at 925 Rodney Vista Drive. A vehicle dashboard was also reported damaged.
  • Missouri license tabs were reported stolen at 617 La Pettite Court.
  • A 1994 Maroon Toyota was reported stolen at 423 Sunset Drive.

Property damage

  • A shed was reported spray-painted at 113 S. Pacific St.
  • The Shultz School building was reported spray-painted at 101 S. Pacific St.
  • Vehicle windows were reported broken at 2813 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

  • A peace disturbance was reported.
  • An 18-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Devin F. Dormeyer, 21, of 2801 Hopper Drive in Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possessing 35 grams or less of marijuana.

Summons

  • Timothy A. Rickard, 21, of Marble Hill, Mo., received a summons for possession of an open container of an intoxicating beverage while operating a motor vehicle.

Thefts

  • Theft was reported in the 3500 block of Ridge Road, in the 500 block of West Main Street, in the 400 block of Diana Drive, in the 3500 block of Ridge Road and in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 2100 block of Otto Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • A domestic dispute was reported on East Jackson Boulevard.
