Arrests; Summonses

Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Corinne White, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for handicap parking.
  • Bruce White, 60, 1476 Rose St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and a seat-belt violation.
  • Marcus T. Anthony 27, of 1317 Monticello Lane, was arrested of three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a stop-sign violation, striking legally stopped vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
  • Zakril Tanner, 23, of Jackson was arrested on two Wayne County warrants for violation of an order of protection and assault.
  • Lacia Rodriguez, 24, of 102 N. Park Ave., No. 4, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • A theft of cash was reported at 717 S. Benton St.

Summons

  • Victor J. Pratt, 24, of Mounds City, Ill., was issued a summons for prohibited acts/noise control.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings­highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A theft of keys was reported at 315 N. Broadview St.
  • A theft of a cell phone was reported at 113 Broadway.
  • Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A theft of a wallet was reported at 631 Themis St.
  • A theft of cash was reported at 1021 S. Ellis St.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 1020 Independence St.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

  • Charles R. McClard, 34, of 3869 High St., was issued a summons for speeding and failure to register motor vehicle.

Assault

  • An assault was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Odus Drive.
