Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

• A theft was reported in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive.
• A burglary was reported in the 400 block of Pioneer Orchard Drive.
• A burglary was reported in the 100 block of North Shawnee Boulevard.
• A theft from vending machine was reported in the 400 block of South Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

• Fraud was reported in the 700 block of Highland Drive.
• Harrassing phone calls were reported in the 700 block of Odus Drive.

Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau police department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• John J. Kreig, 27, of De Soto, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Thefts

• The city of Cape Girardeau reported an attempted burglary at 1834 Cemetery Road. Nothing was reported taken.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Miscellaneous

• A 19-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
