Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Andrew M. Giljum, 21, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of alcohol.

Thefts

• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
• A theft of cash was reported at 823 N. Clark Ave.
• A theft of an iPod, car owner's manual, garage door opener and knife was reported at 430 Sheridan St.
• A theft of swing was reported at 709 Broadway.

Property damage

• Drury Land Development, of 240 Silver Springs Road, reported a door spray-painted.
• A spray-painted wall was reported at 616 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

• Harassing phone calls were reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

• Keith C. Lemons, 37, of 249 Birch Drive, was issued summons for failure to drive in a single lane, driving while intoxicated and possession of durgs.
