Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Martinez Sergio, 23, 3019 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no headlights and driving while suspended.
• Pearl Parker, 33, 1205 South Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts involving noise control.
• Police have a suspect in custody pending formal charges for burglary, assault armed criminal action and receiving stolen property.
• Jennifer Marie Prater, 19, 317 South Ellis St., was arrested on a warrant arrest for possession of a stolen vehicle.
• Kevin Keigh Bevell Jr., 20, 317 South Ellis St., was arrested on a warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle and two warrants for contempt of court.
• Titus Damarion, 18, 419 Louis St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

• Cory Schulz, 25, 518 N. Sprigg St., received a summons for prohibited acts involving noise control.
• Philece Brooks, 22, 412 Sheridan Drive, was issued a summons for prohibited acts involving noise control.

Assault

• A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• A cell phone was reported stolen at 937 Broadway.
• Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

• Property damage and trespassing were reported at 401 Benton St.

Miscellaneous

• A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 20-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported in the 3000 block of Mimosa Drive.
• Police recovered a stolen vehicle.

Arrest

• Casey Lynn Davie, 23, 615 W. Adams St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 500 block of Bainbridge Road.
• Theft was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Odus Drive.

• Trespassing was reported in the 600 block of West Jefferson Street.
• Property was found in the 200 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• Report of a fight in progress in the 600 block of North Georgia Street.
• Report of intoxicated people in the 400 block of Broadridge Drive.
• Report of an intoxicated driver in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Adams Street.
• Police were called to check the welfare in the 1800 block of Mulberry Street.
• Police were called to check the welfare in the 100 block of West Adams Street.
• Property was found in the 300 block of East Adams Street.
• Disturbing the peace was reported in the area of Elm and Brown streets.
• Disturbing the peace was reported in the area of Elm and Luetje streets.

• Disturbing the peace was reported in 200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• An intoxicated driver was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
• Loitering was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
