Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Marty L. Luke, 44, of Oxly, Mo., was arrested on a State warrant for probation violation.
• A 15-year-old boy was cited in juvenile court in connection with stealing and possession of tobacco.

Summonses

• Precious T. Agobe, 22, of 1324 North St., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
• Scottie Moyers, 35, of 1805 Carolewood Drive, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
• Winston T. Lacy, 18, of 1018 N. Missouri Ave, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

Assault

• An assault was reported.

Thefts

• A theft of money was reported at 812 Good Hope St.
• A theft of tobacco was reported at 2116 William St.
• Basic Fuel, 2551 Bloomfield Road, reported a theft of gasoline.
• Tractor Supply Co., 501 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of a minibike.
• A theft of a Missouri license plate was reported at 46 S. Henderson Ave.
• A theft of a garage door opener was reported at 1549 Themis St. A broken window was also reported.

Property damage

• A vehicle window was reported broken at Benton and William streets.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Fraud

• Check fraud was reported in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A counterfeit bill was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Fraud was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
