Cape Girardeau: Arrests; Summons; Assault; Thefts; Jackson: Thefts; Property damage

Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Tyjuan A. Sharp, 27, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of trafficking and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
  • Jaqueline M. Nicholson, 38, of 318 Mill St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for being a parole absconder.
  • Susan M. Lowe, 31, of 1105 Hidden Valley Drive, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau County warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for no driver's license and improper registration.
  • Victoria S. Boudreau-Rutherford, 26, of 2839 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
  • Adrian Jones of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for possession of marijuana.
  • Ambra P. Robinson, 22, of 2846 Whitener St., Apt. A5, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts and a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for a moving violation.
  • Matthew M. Mertens, 21, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license.

Summons

  • James Harris, 52, of 318 N. Middle St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property and failure to display street address numbers on building.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.

Thefts

  • A theft of money and medications was reported at 607 Locust St.
  • A theft of bank cards was reported at 623 Louis St.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A theft of assorted jewelry was reported at 1822 Northbridge Drive.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Smokers Outlet, 2116 William St., reported a theft. Robert A. Cotner was arrested in connection with the incident.
  • A theft of a bicycle was reported at 901 Fort St.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

  • A theft of a stereo was reported in the 1400 block of Hillview Lane.
  • A theft of medication was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.
  • A theft of utility service was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

Property damage

  • Damage to a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Donald Street.
