Arrests Brenda Joyce Mitchell, 42, of 1232 W. Jackson Blvd., Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of probation and parole arrest for absconding electronic monitoring.

Joseph Lee Figliolo Jr., 42, of 831 William, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to return rental property.

Terry Lynn Price, 31, of 243 N. Fountain, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Missouri warrant for probation violation.

Kittrel E. Braselman, 41, of 735 William, Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.

Tarra Lynne Wilkins, 29, of 3003 Themis, Apt. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Jefferson County warrant for contempt of court for default on payment of a fine.

Mark Douglas Rister, 40, of 212 Wright St., Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.

Willard Clyde Bolt III, 35, of 212A Jetta Mae Drive, Scott City, was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.

Assault Domestic assault was reported Monday at East Rodney and Themis. Milton David Branham, 38, of 3004 Themis, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of connection with the complaint.

Burglaries

Currency, tobacco and a hunting knife were reported stolen Tuesday during a burglary at 111 Clark.

Jewelry was reported stolen Monday during a burglary at 1708 Randol.

Cash was reported stolen Monday during a burglary at 535 Boxwood.

Thefts

A bicycle was reported stolen Monday at 142 Green Acres.

A lawn ornament was reported stolen Tuesday at 535 Louis.

A Missouri license plate was reported stolen Tuesday at 1030 Merriwether.

Gasoline was reported stolen twice Tuesday at Citgo D-Mart, 263 Farrar.

Tools were reported stolen Tuesday at 889 N. Kingshighway.

Currency was reported stolen Monday at the Towers Complex by the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.Property damage

Graffiti was reported damaged Tuesday at Lorimont Place Ltd., 230 N. Spring St.

Miscellaneous Check forgery was reported Monday at 1611 Independence, 632 Broadway, 2120 William, 1 N. Main, 1028 N. Sprigg, 2136 William, 2327 Bloomfield, 221 S. Broadview, 19 S. Kingshighway, 3439 William and 103 N. Kingshighway.

Check forgery was reported Tuesday at 3439 William.
