Arrests; Jackson: Arrest

Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau police department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Darcell C. Moore, 20, of 1080 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for leaving the scene of an accident, three for no operator's license, two for no seat belt, two for motor vehicle financial responsiblity requirements, three for improper registration, and one for prohibited acts noise disturbance.
  • Hallie L. Long, 19, of Bell City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Terry W. McGill, 45, of 616 Elm St., was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for dangerous drugs.
  • Anthony Brown, 22, of 921 Hackberry St., Apt. 106, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no driver's license and an Illinois warrant for parole violation.
  • Michelle E. Williams, 24, of 928 S. Ellis St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stop sign and improper registration.

Summonses

  • Dillon A. Graham II, 23, of 921 Hackberry St., Apt. 207, was issued a summons for supplying liquor to a minor.
  • Sterling T. Koen, 27, of Tamms, Ill., was issued a summons for supplying liquor to a minor.

Assaults

  • Five domestic assaults were reported.

Theft

  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

  • A door frame and lock were reported damaged at 115 N. Fountain St.
  • First Christian Church, 2411 Abbey Road, reported spray paint on doors.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

  • Hope Hamil, 35, of 728 Highland Drive, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for passing bad checks.

Summons

  • Courtney W. Schreckenberg, 21, of Leopold Mo., was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Thefts

  • A hat was reported stolen in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
  • A theft of utilities was reported in the 700 block of Highland Drive.
