Arrests; Jackson: Thefts

Cape Girardeau

The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Mario C. Terry, 18, of 308 S. Ohio St., No. 8, Jackson, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failure to yield, for failure to appear for no seatbelt, and for failure to appear for suspended driver's license.
  • Dallis F. Johnson, 37, of 1505 Stoddard St., was arrested on a Wentzville, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic.
  • Daunte J. Smith, 28, of Lilbourn, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for revoked driver's license, failure to pay fine and costs for failure to appear for driving while revoked and on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for peace disturbance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Patricia A. Leadbetter, 69, of 2004 Dunklin St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for hindering prosecution of a felony.
  • Brannon L. Mackins, 19, of Pulaski, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
  • Rodney J. Harris, 28, of 48 N. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
  • Carteiz D. King, 34, of 1265 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • A 14-year-old was in custody on suspicion of trespassing.
  • David E. Penny, 19, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

Summons

  • Stephanie N. Keim, 21, of 1206 Big Bend Road, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

Assaults

  • A domestic assault was reported, along with unlawful use of a weapon. A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges.
  • A domestic assault was reported.
  • An assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Raben Tire, 3480 Nash Road, reported the theft of a GMC tailgate.
  • Theft of an ATM card was reported.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.
  • The theft of three piece bedroom set, five glass tables and two televisions was reported at 316 Independence St.

Burglaries

  • A burglary was reported at 331 S. Lorimier St., Apt. B. Computer equipment and stereo speakers were reported stolen.
  • A burglary was reported at 111 Clark Ave. The theft of tools was reported.
  • A burglary was reported at 823 Bellevue St. A lawn mower, chess set, tools, comic books and a tool kit were reported stolen.

Property damage

  • Damage to a vehicle was reported in the 1300 block of Broadway.
  • Damage to a vehicle was reported at 3901 Fawn Drive.
  • Vehicle damage was reported at 3902 Fawn Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • A violation of an ex parte order of protection was reported.

Jackson

The following items were reported by the Jackson police department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Thefts

  • A theft was reported in the area of Parkview Street.
  • A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
  • A theft was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

Assaults

  • An assault was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

  • A disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of Old Cape Road.
  • A nuisance was reported in the 300 block of North Hope Street.
