The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Ricky L. Dennison, 51, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Arrests

  • Sophia T. Mack, 24, of 911 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Brian K. Murray, 41, of 121 East Rodney Drive, Apt. E1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
  • Michael L. Gockel, 36, of 1910 W. Weissinger Lane, was arrested on a State of Missouri Probation and Parole warrant for parole violation and absconder.
  • Travis W. Beasley, 36, of Scopus, Mo., was arrested on a Pulaski County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Danny L. Bierschwal, 37, of 2640 Hopper Road, Apt. 10, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and domestic assault.

Summonses

  • Regina A. Jones, 52, of 408 North St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.
  • Gerald P. Clark Jr., 46, of Cairo, Ill., received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Thefts

  • Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline theft.
  • BP, 3276 William St., reported gasoline theft.
  • Damage to a door and stolen cash was reported at 6 N. Pacific St.
  • Davault Insurance Co., 824 Independence St., reported stolen cash and gun.
  • Cash was reported stolen from 1964 Perryville Road.
  • Jimmy John's, 1800 Broadway, reported cash stolen.
  • Bistate Southern, 914 S. Sprigg St., reported two gasoline thefts.
  • Rhodes 101, of 2109 William St., reported gasoline theft.
  • A damaged vehicle and stolen iPod were reported at 426 Hanover St.
  • Cash was reported stolen at 3902 Annewood Drive.

  • Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

  • Academy of Dance Arts, 2254 Kingsway Drive, reported damage to windows.
  • Damage to a privacy fence was reported at 1125 Ranney Ave. An 11-year-old is in custody in connection with the complaint.
  • Damage to a locking mechanism was reported at 2907 Keystone Drive.
  • Damage to a locking mechanism was reported at 1319 N. Mount Auburn Road.
  • Damage to a locking mechanism was reported at 1307 N. Mount Auburn Road.

Miscellaneous

  • Cody Meters, 17, of 950 W. Adams St., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.

  • Fraud was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • Burglary was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

  • Property damage was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

Miscellaneous

  • Found property was reported in the area of York Drive.
