Arrests
- Cecil M. Jenkins, 37, of 329 S. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for domestic assault.
- Dennis J. Kimble, 22, of 1400 West End Blvd., Apt. 71, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon and on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
- Brian A. Segura, 19, of 2814 Whitener St., Apt. 8, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summonses
- Gregory L. Bailey, 17, of 3109 Wisteria Drive, received a summons for no operator's license, careless and imprudent driving and driving on the grass in a city park.
- Steven G. Vitale, 56, of 1115 Good Hope St., received a summons for littering.
Thefts
- Stealing and bigamy were reported.
- Midtown Family Medical Center, 24 N. Sprigg St., reported damage to a door, file cabinet and safe and stolen cash.
- Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
- Hutson's Enterprises, 43 S. Main St., reported a motor vehicle stolen.
- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reported binoculars, a drill and flashlights stolen.
- Checks were reported stolen and forged at 2780 Lynwood Hills Drive.
- Beasley Waste Inc., 900 S. Kingshighway, reported two radio/CD players stolen.
- A computer module was reported stolen at 1431 Merriwether St.
- Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline theft.
- Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline theft.
- Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline theft.
- Money, jewelry, dresses and assorted items were reported stolen at 4 S. Pacific St.
Property damage
- A window and door were reported damaged at 1411 Themis St.
- Damage to a vehicle was reported at 308 West Vista Lane, Apt. 414.
- A damaged outside air-conditioning unit was reported at 1902 N. Kingshighway.

- A purple bicycle was found.

Jackson
The following items were reported by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- James D. Goodwin, 31, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and violation of park curfew.
Arrests
- Joshua R. Carter, 18, of Leadwood, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and on a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear.
- Derek K. Kinder, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and resisting arrest, a Scott County warrant for sexual assault and three Scott County warrants for failure to appear.

- Property damage was reported in the 400 block of Florence Street.
- Property damage was reported in the 400 block of West Jefferson Street.
