  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • William C. Walley II, 34, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on six Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and a Phelps County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Two juvenile girls were in custody on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
  • David M. Bollinger, 20, of 2814 Whitener St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Michael P. Jerolds, 48, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Edward L. Allen, 22, of 1424 William St., was arested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • Brian L. Patrick, 26, of 520 N. Fountain St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Kaseem S. Batchelor, 28, of 18 N. Middle St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Chanda R. Hunsaker, 25, of 436 Sprigg St., Apt. E, was arrested on suspicion of property damage and trespassing.
  • A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Marcus L. Hill, 52, 1236 Meadow Brook Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • Michael L. Burgfeld, 55, 617 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for simple assault.

Summons

  • Jonathon J. Ridings, 23, 107 N. Ellis St., Apt. 2, received a summons for public consumption.

Thefts

  • A television was reported stolen at 1424 William St.
  • Lynwood Baptist Church, 2935 Lynwood Hills Drive, reported the theft of a wooden sign.
  • Broussard's Cajun Cuisine, 120 N. Main St., reported the theft of meals.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline theft.
  • Cash was reported taken and a vehicle was reported damaged at 1934 Delwin St.
  • Identity theft was reported.
  • Broussard's Cajun Cuisine, of 120 N. Main St., reported counterfit cash.
  • Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a Dell computer.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline theft.
  • Currency was reported stolen at 426 S. Hanover St.
  • Sunglasses were reported stolen at 1318 N. Kingshighway.
  • CDs, a chain saw and a cell phone were reported stolen at 124 S. Pacific St.
  • Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway, reported forgery.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 451 N. Frederick St. Apt. B.
  • A makeup bag and purse were reported stolen at 2921 Bella Vista Drive.
  • IPods, a purse, a camera, phone charger, passport and debit card were reported stolen and a vehicle was reported damaged at 2564 Saddlegate Court.
  • A wedding ring, credit card and currency were reported stolen from 2593 Saddlegate Court.
  • Tools were reported stolen at 2544 Saddlegate Court.
  • Forgery was reported at 121 S. Sprigg St.
  • Forgery was reported at 111 S. Broadview St.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline theft.
  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 47 S. Park Ave.
  • A computer was reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
  • Dollar General Store, 64 Plaza Way, reported stolen DVDs.
  • J.C. Penney, of 4039 William St., reported clothing stolen. Ashley N. Windeknecht, of 422 Bellevue St., Apt. 2, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
  • An LCD monitor and DVD/ CD burner were reported stolen at 708 S. Benton St.
  • Bicycles were reported stolen at 2512 Ford St.
  • Stealing was reported at 1223 N. Kingshighway.
  • An XBox was reported stolen at 12 N. West End Blvd.

Arrests

  • Roy G. Crown, 44, of 407 East Lane, Apt. 101, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for theft of utilities.

Summonses

  • Mathew D. Schober, 31, of 203 Hillvale Road, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Daron L. Wilkinson, 18, of 260 Cobble Lane, received summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
  • Arthur R. Lindman, 18, of 1414 Kimbeland Drive, received a summons for failure to drive within a single lane.
  • Patricia J. Huber, 53, of 3988 E. Jackson Blvd., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

  • Money was reported stolen from the 300 block of East Lane.
  • A theft was reported in the 800 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage

  • A vehicle was reported damaged in the 200 block of Morgan Street.
  • Vandalism was reported in the 2500 block of Old Cape Road.
  • Tampering with motor vehicles was reported in the 1200 block of Highland Drive, in the 1000 block of Royal Drive, in the 1000 block of Highland Drive and in the 900 block of Highland Drive.
  • Damage to storage buildings was reported in the 400 block of East Main Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Checkbooks were reported found in the 600 block of East Adams Street and in the 1000 block of Highland Drive.
  • Trespassing was reported in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.
  • A dispute was reported in the 300 block of Granite Lane.
