Arrests; Theft

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Jerry S. Ulrich, 49, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Amber Lynn Perry, 22, of 2640 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
  • Devin L. Eastman, 18, of 1450 Kingshighway, was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

Thefts

  • Medication was reported stolen from 1027 Caufield Drive.
  • Medication was reported stolen from 555 N. Sprigg St.
  • Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
  • Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported gasoline stolen.
  • A computer was reported stolen from 1348 Howell St. A car window was reported broken in the incident.
  • Cash and jewelry were reported stolen from 2721 Luce St.
  • Rhodes 101, 11 N. Sprigg St., reported a floor mat stolen.

Summonses

  • Steven D. Gregg, of 213 Greenbrier Drive, received a summons for failure to stop at a red light after a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 74 and U.S. 61.
  • Tasha L. Watson, of 6 Village Drive, Apt. 5, received a summons for following too closely after a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of U.S. 61 and East Rodney Drive.
  • Glenda F. Schult, of Bunker, Mo., received a summons for an improper lane change after a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of U.S. 61 and William Street.
  • Carrie D. Rodriguez, of 1715 Henry St., received a summons for failure to produce a driver's license upon request after a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 177 and Timon Way.

Assault

  • Domestic assault was reported.
  • Assault and unlawaful use of a weapon were reported.
  • An assault was reported.

Property damage

  • A vehicle was reported dented at 806 Hackberry St.
  • A vehicle mirror was reported broken at 354 Silver Springs Road.

Miscellaneous

  • Fradulent usage of a credit card was reported.
  • A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Bouleavard.

Summonses

  • Landon J. Martin, 22, of Jackson, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Bobby J. Langston, 21, of 275 County Road, received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
  • Kimberly R. McCartney, 21, of Jackson, received a summons for failure to stop for a stop sign.

Miscellaneous

  • Fraud was reported in the 700 block of Strawberry Lane.
  • A fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • Harassment was reported on Jonathan Drive.
